摘要：Upgrading food safety standards to the internationaL advaneed level is stressed in the Opinions on Deepening Reform and Guaranteeing Food Safety issued by the Central Committee of the CPC and the State Council in May.It puts forward developing the most stringent standards to ensure that every one can trust the food they eat,mainly through the following work.

中国标准化杂志要求:

{1}第一作者及通讯作者（一般为导师）简介（包括姓名、性别、职称、出生年月、所获学位、目前主要从事的工作和研究方向）。

{2}本刊要求研究论文内容必须具有学术价值，即理论性论文要有一定的理论创见，应用性论文要有突出的应用成效，综述、评论、短篇和个案应能反映当前学术活动的新动态和先进水平。

{3}表（图）下须注明资料来源，在来源中如系引用年鉴数据，应按下式注明《xx统计年鉴（年号）》，如不是一本，则可用《x x统计年鉴》xx、xx年卷。

{4}注释为对文章某一特定内容的解释或说明，均以脚注形式分散标注于正文页面下方，其序号为①②③……，每页重新编号，注释文字与标点应与正文一致。

{5}引文超过150 字换行另起；上下各空一行；第一行缩进4 格，以下各行缩进2 格。夹注置于最后一个标点符号之后。引诗超过8 行换行另起，规则同上。
