摘要：经济社会的迅速发展对职业教育提出了新的要求.在改革和发展中,医学高职高专院校只有进一步树立现代职业教育办学理念,明确办学定位,坚持走"校院合作、工学结合"的道路;落实科学发展观,处理好长远目标与近期目标、办学规模与办学质量、办学特色和办学层次等关系;加强内涵建设,提高人才培养质量;打造高素质师资团队,培养学生优良职业素质,更好地为社会服务,才能真正实现医学高职高专院校全面、协调和可持续发展. Abstract： Rapid economic and social development puts forward new demands in the development of vocational education.In the reform and development,medical professional institutions should fuaher establish the modern school-running concept of vocational eduction,clearly define their school-running orientation and stick to the idea of cooperation between schools and hospitals and a combination of work and study.What's more,they should implement the scientific outlook on development,propedy deal with the relationship between long-term and shon-term goals,the scale and quality of educmion,as well as the characteristics and levels of school running.It is also required to strengthen the connotation construction,improve the quality of personnel training,develop high-quality faculty force and cultivate students'excellent professional quality so as to better serve the society.Only in this way can medical professional institutions achieve comprehensive.coordinated and sustainable development.

中华医学教育杂志要求:

{1}投稿时请附一简短的第一作者简介，内容包括：作者姓名、性别、出生年月、学位（硕士以上者）、职称、职务、研究方向、联系电话（至少给出办公电话）和E-mail地址及第一作者和通讯作者的ORCID等。
